About the Painting 

 

While traveling in Sri Lanka, this painting came to me. It is almost a memory or a feeling that I am closer and closer to uncovering with each painting I make. It’s on the tip of my tongue but I can’t fully describe it yet.

 

It feels like something long ago when civilization blended harmoniously with nature, technology and consciousness. It was a time when magic and siddhi’s were a thing of everyday life. There was no separation of nature and humans – outside and inside.

 

I want to transport the viewer into that memory. I want to encapsulate the feeling and frequency of being amazed by something greater than our current understanding of life. I believe the more we tap into these fields of consciousness, the closer we come to that reality becoming our current one.
