BACKGROUND

 

While volunteering at Row marketing solutions, we were approached by a client to produce promotional ads for two apartment complexes to be published in a local magazine.

 

 

STRATEGY

 

The client provided the photography and the messaging. Our job was to arrange the content in the most aesthetically pleasing manner. Seeing as the ads were running on the same spread and owned by the same parent company, I decided to give them a unified look while keeping the focal point on the discount.

 

The ads proved successful with the client reporting an increase in the totally monthly lease signings.
